"Given the high price point, I had high hopes for these products on my fine/wavy hair, but unfortunately, my experience has been very concerning. After washing, my hair and scalp did not feel clean; instead, they felt coated, heavy, and greasy almost immediately. More alarmingly, I experienced severe, unusual hair shedding—far worse than anything I've experienced before. Additionally, the shampoo bottle ran out extremely quickly after only a handful of uses following the directions strictly. Sadly, I cannot recommend these formulas."

Unusable

"This cream delivered the moisturising that my curls required after repeated sun exposure. However, the smell is UNBEARABLE. Like those cheap perfumes Boots used to sell to grandmothers. Boucleme, I have nice perfumes that I want to wear, but they are all drowned out by the foul scent that you have added to this hair product. It has to go in the bin"
