1. 30 Day Guarantee

Your satisfaction is of great value to us, so we offer a 30-day guarantee returns policy on our standard products. If you are not completely satisfied with your goods, simply email us at info@boucleme.co.uk to initiate the return process.

Guarantee valid 30 days from purchase, may only be used once per product and once per order.

30 Day Guarantee only applies to standard size bottles (generally 250ml or 300ml) but also includes: Colour Toning Drops 30ml, Dry Scalp Serum 30ml, Foaming Dry Shampoo 100ml, Revive 5 Glow 100ml, Protein Booster 30ml, Revive 5 Hair Oil 100ml, Root Refresh 200ml.

Kits and Sets, Travel Sizes (100ml or under), Grande Sizes (1 Litre), Accessories and Samples are not eligible for return.

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are non-returnable: Detangling Wet Brush, Silk Scrunchies, Tote Bags, Wide Tooth Comb, Scalp Massager, and 1 Litre Lotion Pump.

Other accessories, including the Silk Lined Hoodie, Silk Lined Cashmere Blend Beanie, Silk Envelope Pillowcase, Silk Turban, Curl Towel, Preen Scarf and Mist Spray Bottle, may be returned within 14 days of receipt, provided they are unused, unworn and in their original packaging, with the tag for clothing.

This guarantee is valid for customers purchasing on www.boucleme.co.uk and is not valid for purchasers from our retail partners or wholesale clients.

2. Free UK Returns

We will supply you with a shipping label to return the items free of charge.

3. Returns in Europe

The 30 Day Guarantee applies in Europe; however, customers are responsible for covering the return postage costs, which may vary depending on their country.

4. EU right of withdrawal

If you're based in the EU, you have a legal right to withdraw from your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason. This is separate from our 30 Day Guarantee and applies to all eligible orders placed on boucleme.co.uk. To exercise this right, use our withdrawal form - you'll find it linked in the footer too. You can also withdraw by emailing us at info@boucleme.co.uk with your name and order number. Once you've submitted your withdrawal, you have a further 14 days to return the goods to us.

What you'll get back: We'll refund the full cost of your order, including the standard delivery charge you paid when you placed it. We aim to process refunds within 14 days of receiving your return.

Return postage: You'll need to cover the cost of sending items back to us. We'll confirm the return address when you get in touch. Please note: items must be returned in their original condition. If goods have been handled more than necessary to assess them, we may deduct an amount to reflect any reduction in value.

5. Defects, Incomplete Orders or Incorrect Delivery

If there is something wrong with the order you have received, please email info@boucleme.co.uk with your order details, a description of the issue and a photograph of your delivery.

We are a small business and each order is packed with care. Mistake orders result in unnecessary environmental and operational impact — please take a moment to review your order carefully before placing it.

We reserve the right to refuse free returns for cases of accidental or incorrect orders and will review all requests individually.

If products are returned to us by the courier as a result of failure to collect, non-delivery or an incorrect address, we'll refund the cost of the goods minus the original outbound shipping cost. If your order qualified for free shipping, this cost will be deducted. A £4 / 6€ handling fee will also be deducted to cover restocking.

Please note that this handling fee does not apply to EU customers who have exercised their legal right of withdrawal via our withdrawal form.

Refusing to receive a parcel or not collecting it from a delivery point is not treated as a withdrawal.
