Order Processing
Orders placed before 4pm (GMT), Sunday to Friday, are processed and dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 4pm are processed and dispatched on the next working day.
Orders placed after 4pm on Friday, on Saturday, or on UK bank holidays will be processed and dispatched on the next working day.
UK Delivery
Free UK delivery on orders over £40. Standard delivery rates apply to orders under £40.
Delivery rates start from £3.41 with Evri (under 3kg) or £5.57 with DPD Next Day.

Europe Delivery
Our standard delivery rates include a fully insured delivery, against loss or damage.
Zone 1: FREE shipping on orders over 50€
We offer free standard shipping on orders over 50€ to Ireland, France, the Netherlands, Germany, Spain, and Belgium.

3. Zone 3: other European countries
Free shipping applies to Zone 1 and Zone 2 destinations only. Orders to all other countries are subject to standard shipping charges.

Taxes and duties
All applicable taxes and duties are included in the price for orders delivered within the UK and selected EU countries (see exclusions below).
Orders being shipped outside of these territories are shipped on a DDU (delivery duty unpaid) basis. This includes, but is not limited to, the countries listed below.

If your order is shipped DDU, local customs authorities may require you to pay import taxes, duties, or handling fees before your delivery can be released. These charges are set by your local authorities and are not included in your order total. Unfortunately, we’re unable to advise on or take responsibility for these costs. For more details, we recommend contacting your local customs office or postal service.
International Delivery
Orders to other international destinations are shipped via Evri International. The shipping cost will be calculated at checkout and this will vary depending on the destination and the weight/dimensions of the order. Orders normally arrive within 4-16 days.
Order Delays
Please note, we cannot take responsibility for delays in delivery that are outside of our control including industrial action, severe weather conditions or any other extraordinary circumstance that causes unforeseen interference with carrier routes. We endeavour to make our customers aware should a situation arise and to know when to expect delays.
