Order Processing
All orders placed before 12pm GMT Monday - Friday are processed and despatched the same day. Orders placed after 12pm will be processed and despatched the following business day. Any orders placed after 12pm on a Friday will be processed and sent out the following Monday or business day.
Please note orders are not processed or sent out on weekends and bank holidays.

Taxes and duties
Taxes and duties are covered for all UK orders and EU countries.
Orders being shipped outside of these territories are shipped on a DDU (delivery duty unpaid) basis. When your order arrives in your country where this is the case, you may be responsible for paying local sales taxes and duties costs in order to release your order from customs for delivery. Please note that we are unable to advise on the cost amounts and cannot accept responsibility for these costs. For further information, we encourage you to reach out to your local post office.
International Delivery
Orders to other international destinations are shipped via TrakPak and DHL. The shipping cost will be calculated at checkout and this will vary depending on the destination and the weight/dimensions of the order.
Orders normally arrive within 2-16 days. Be aware that delivery in Mexico can't be processed anymore.
Order Delays
Please note, we cannot take responsibility for delays in delivery that are outside of our control including industrial action, severe weather conditions or any other extraordinary circumstance that causes unforeseen interference with carrier routes. We endeavour to make our customers aware should a situation arise and to know when to expect delays.
